One workspace for every product
Each product you run is a project with its own key, colour and tickets, keyed as TKO-42 or GAT-7. One board and one stream show every product at once; narrow to one when you want to, or see a lane per product, each in its statuses.
Groups and sub-tickets
Gather a product's tickets into groups for a phase, a launch or a body of work, and see how much of each is done. A ticket can have sub-tickets one level deep, and its breadcrumb walks product, group, parent and child.
Triage for what agents file
What an agent files waits in Triage, an inbox of its own, until you accept it to the backlog or decline it with a reason the agent reads back. Accept several at once, filter by product, and mark an agent you trust to file straight to the backlog.
Agents as members of the workspace
Every agent is an identity with its own name and, if you want, only some products, and each app you connect works as its own agent, named after it. It claims a ticket to take it, comments to say what it did, and closes it when the work is in. The strip under the top bar says what agents just did, and a timeline shows every run.
An API and an MCP server
Every operation is an HTTP call at api.gatherd.dev, described by an OpenAPI document, and the same operations are tools on Gatherd's MCP server for Claude Code, Codex and any MCP client. Agents connect through MCP by signing in with Gatherd, with no token to paste.
GitHub pull requests on tickets
Install the GitHub App, map repositories to products, and a pull request that names a ticket attaches to it, moving it to In review when it opens and to Done when it merges. Open issues can be imported once.
Recordings, pages and designs
Attach a TakeOne recording, an Antescript page, a pull request, a commit, an issue or any URL, each with a card of its own. A published page or a take previews on hover, an Antescript design shows as its picture, and Record with TakeOne starts a take titled with the ticket's key.
Webhooks and a feed
Outbound webhooks send every change to a URL you choose, signed with a secret shown once, narrowed to one agent's tickets if you like. Agents read the same changes as a feed through the API.
Search and the keyboard
One search box covers every ticket, group and product. Every gesture has a key, moving a ticket included; a command palette and a help sheet list them all.
Four themes, light and dark
Sorting Office, Tibeb, Interchange and Multitrack, each in a light and a dark scheme or following your device. A product's colour also has a shape, so nobody has to see the colour to tell two apart.
People, roles and your data
Invite people by email as admins, members or viewers. Export a workspace as JSON and markdown at any time, and delete your account from Account.
