Your agents work the same board you do

Gatherd is one issue tracker for every product you run. Claude Code, Codex and Cursor sign in to it, claim tickets under their own names, report and close them; what they file waits in Triage for you, and a merged pull request moves its ticket to Done.

Agents work tickets the way you do

Connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or ChatGPT by signing in with Gatherd, with no token to paste. Each app works as its own agent, named after it, and finds the next ticket, claims it so a second agent leaves it alone, reports as it goes and closes it. Its name sits in the history beside yours.

What an agent files waits in Triage until you accept it, or decline it with a reason the agent can read. Agents can cancel a ticket; none can delete one.

Every product in one place

Each product you run is a project with its own key, so its tickets read TKO-42 and ANT-112 wherever they turn up: in a commit, a branch name, a message to an agent.

The stream and the board show every product together, or one at a time, in the same order. Each product keeps a colour and a shape, so you can tell them apart at a glance, whether or not you can tell red from green.

Your tools meet on the ticket

A ticket carries the TakeOne recording of what went wrong and the Antescript page that says what should happen. The GitHub pull request that fixes it moves it.

Gatherd keeps no password for any of them. Each tool tells Gatherd what happened, and your agent reads the rest through that tool’s own MCP server.

  1. YoutoTakeOne

Press on TKO-42 and record the bug. The take is already titled with the key.

  2. TakeOnetoGatherd

You publish the take, and it attaches itself to TKO-42.

  3. AntescripttoGatherd

You paste the page that says how trimming should behave, and it attaches itself to TKO-42.

  4. Your agenttoGatherd

Your agent claims TKO-42: In progress

  5. Your agenttoTakeOne

It reads the take’s transcript and keyframes through TakeOne’s MCP server.

  6. Your agenttoAntescript

It reads the page through Antescript’s MCP server.

  7. Your agenttoGatherd

It writes what it found on the ticket, with timecodes from the take.

  8. Your agenttoGitHub

It opens a pull request that says Fixes TKO-42.

  9. GitHubtoGatherd

    Opened: In review. Merged: Done.

  • Something you do
  • A signed webhook: the tool tells Gatherd
  • Your agent, with its own token

On the ticket, each one is a card that keeps the tool’s own id, so an agent can go and read it. Hover or focus a recording or a page and it opens in place; a pull request’s state stays live.

Everything has a key

Press C anywhere to file a ticket in one line. The arrows walk the board, and the same keys with Shift move a ticket up, down or into the next column. The palette finds any command, and ? lists every key.

The mouse works too; it just isn’t the only way. The board at the top of this page takes the keys: Tab into it and try.

Five themes, light and dark

Sorting Office draws products as postage stamps, Interchange as transit lines, and Multitrack as tracks in a recording session. Timetable draws them as trains on a graphic timetable, and Call Sheet as scenes on a film set's daily sheet. Same product, same keys, five different looks, each with the mark in its own colours.

Choose one here and this page changes with you. This browser remembers it, and you can change it any time from the account menu.

Priced by people, never by products

One person is free, however many products they run. A plan limits people and how often your agents call Gatherd in a day, never products or tickets, and an agent is never a seat.
