Gatherd

Terms

Effective 30 September 2026

These are the terms for using Gatherd, an issue tracker for people who run several products at once and for the agents that work on them, made by Abyssinia Labs LLC. By signing in you agree to them.

The service

Gatherd keeps a workspace of products, the tickets in them, and the history of what happened to each. It also offers an API at /v1, an MCP server hosted on MCPCloud, and a GitHub App that attaches pull requests to tickets and follows their status. It is offered as is, in active development, and may change; we will say so when a change removes something you rely on.

Your account

You sign in with a Google or GitHub account and are responsible for what happens under it, including what agents do with the tokens you issue them, what the GitHub App does on the repositories you connect, and what the webhooks you add send. Revoke a token or unbind an installation as soon as you think it has leaked.

Your tickets

What you write is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it to the other members of your workspace and the agents you have given access, and keep it safe. You can export a whole workspace as JSON or as markdown at any time.

Agents acting for you

An agent is an identity in your workspace with a token you issued, or an app’s connection you approved, and a scope you chose. Anything it files, claims, comments on or closes is recorded against it and counts as your use of the service. What an agent files lands in Triage for you to accept or decline unless you have marked that agent trusted. You are responsible for what you connect.

What not to do

Do not use Gatherd to store or share content that is illegal, that you have no right to, or that harms others; do not attack the service or another workspace; do not use the API to overload it. We may suspend an account that does.

Plans and payment

Gatherd has a free plan and two paid plans, Pro and Team, with the limits and prices shown under Pricing on the front page. The free plan needs no card. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, through Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You are responsible for any taxes that apply; where we must collect tax, it is shown before you pay.

A plan belongs to a workspace, and the workspace’s owners manage it. Team’s price covers five people in the workspace, whatever their role; each person past five is billed from the day they join, and someone leaving is credited, both prorated on the next bill. Agents are never billed as people. What a plan limits for them is how many API calls the workspace’s agents make in a day, counted until 00:00 UTC; past that, the API refuses calls until the next day, and nothing is charged for them.

Moving up to a bigger plan takes effect at once, and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period. We may change a plan’s price with at least 30 days’ notice; the new price applies from your first renewal after that.

If a payment fails, the plan keeps working for 7 days while you update your payment details. After that, new people, uploads and webhooks, and agent calls above the free plan’s daily limit, pause until the payment goes through, and a workspace that stays unpaid moves to the free plan’s limits. Billing never deletes your content.

Billing opened on 30 September 2026, and the limits above apply from then.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing in the workspace’s settings, or by writing to us. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. Your content stays, and the free plan’s limits apply from then on.

Payments are non-refundable, including for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund a mistaken charge.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service up and your workspace safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every ticket can be recovered. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss arising from the service is limited to what you have paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free account is nothing.

Ending

You can stop at any time by exporting your workspace and deleting your account from your Account page, or by asking us to delete it. We may end the service or an account with notice, and will give you time to export first.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above says when. Questions go to Abyssinia Labs LLC at support@gatherd.dev.
